Daniel parted with Team Merakto on the second day of the trip and traveled with CHC staff to visit a couple of CarePoints to capture photos of the success and beauty that have taken place there. On Day Three, the team kept the same schedule as the first day: They visited another school where a lot of the Merkato kids go, visited several homes, and then spend the afternoon with the older set of kids doing Bible stories, games, etc. During the home visits, they got to interview and photograph several families whose homes will be renovated soon thanks to the money so generously donated during our Christmas-time campaign.
